We discuss the importance of separating the culture from the church because of how your perspective is shaped by your experiences in the culture. We draw a distinct difference between the 3 separate entities of the religion - the church, the gospel, and the church culture.In this episode you will learn how to be mindfully present in discovery and focusing on a willingness to learn and use the atonement each day. We call out the bubble culture and discuss the importance of accepting people for where they are at and loving them for who they are.The Gospel of Jesus Christ is a Gospel of change and that is being diminished by the fixed mindset of the culture of the church.
