008: Haunted Hallways

from Terrifying True Stories · host Terrifying True Stories

What would you do if you uleashed something evil in your elementary school that started latching on to your classmates? That’s exactly what happened to tonight’s guest. Ryan:: [00:00:00] Tonight on terrifying true stories, a secret tragedy quickly turns to terror at a child’s elementary school when something evil possesses their classmates. Tonight’s story is called The Haunted Hallways. Suede:: When I was in sixth grade, I and a group of friends called ourselves ghost hunting around the school. Um, I had this ability where I could touch things and I could see the past of it. You know, I’m pretty sure I can still do that now. I just have not practiced that in a while. Since my youth, actually. You know, I told my friends this and it’s about, you know, maybe four or five of us. And we all go to the auditorium of the [00:01:00] school. This is, you know, around the last days of school where, you know, you can go and visit your classrooms and Teach other teachers and friends and stuff. It’s kind of like a, like a chill, you know, period at the end of the year. So we went to the auditorium to do ghost hunting. I figured that it’d be a nice place to start. It always seemed majestic and dark and mysterious. So we went there. I put my hand on the door and I started seeing some things. This door was a door on a stage, by the way. I started seeing a, uh, Image of a girl in the auditorium and I started to see smoke and flames and calamity all around her. And, you know, I had wondered what exactly was going on, but it seems as if she suffered from smoke inhalation. I took my hand off of the door and I told my friends. And we were trying to figure out, [00:02:00] okay, how could we find this information out? We didn’t have cell phones then, um, to just pull out and be able to look things up like that, you know. So we thought to ourselves, well, let’s go to someone who’s been working here at the school for a while, you know, and maybe they’ll know some more about this situation. And we went to the oldest teacher that we could find in close proximity to us at that time. She said that back in her day, maybe the 70s, something like that, there was a girl who suffered from smoke inhalation. And my friends began to hoot and holler because they just were stunned that she confirmed something that I had saw. And I was shocked as well, because I was like, Oh wow, maybe there’s something to this. And so we decide to, you know, try to ask her [00:03:00] more questions. And she’s like, that didn’t happen. It didn’t happen. Y’all go back to class. It didn’t happen. Forget everything I said. It didn’t happen because I guess she figured maybe I should not have put that information out there, but she already confirmed it, you know? So we go back to the auditorium and we were just like, okay, let’s try to communicate with her. And another girl walks in. This girl is, I believe she’s on the cheerleading team at the time. They’re about to do a pep rally and, you know, she was getting ready for rehearsal and she asked us why we were in there and, you know, she chuckled when we told her why. But, as she approached the door to leave, she began to have stomach pains. That’s what it seemed to look like. And she was bent over, and she started crying. And, you know, she was just [00:04:00] fine a few seconds ago, and then she was crying. And so the girls that were in the group went to go over and check on her, to see how she was doing, and, you know, she was not responding. And so we sat her down and we were going to go get some help until, you know, I began to realize that maybe she’s not responding because she’s possessed. I knew only minute things of, about spirituality, if that, at that time, but one thing I did know to do and that I did do was, and I still do, was keep a crucifix or a rosary. And I kept that rosary with me at the time, because you never know what you could find. And I’m very conscious of, you know, the light side and the dark side. And so, [00:05:00] I told my friends that were around me to gather around, and we were going to pray. You know, if this doesn’t work, we’re going to get some help. And so, I held up the rosary in front of her face. It was a rosary that I found. It was glass beads. It was a gorgeous rosary. And I begin to recite the Lord’s Prayer. Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. And as I’m praying, straight out of the back of her shoots a shadow to the back of the auditorium. It begins to run, and then it looks at us and disappears into nothing. And at that same time, my friend looked to me and he said, did you see that? And I say, yes, I did. And she instantly was better, and she left. She did not speak to us, she just left. And, you know, I’ve reached out to her these days to see if she remembered that. [00:06:00] And, um, she did say that she, you know, remembered it, but was it real? She asked me if it was real, you know, what happened. And I was like, yeah, it was real. I had, um, it was very real. The next day, I did not go to school, and my friends were there, and they were telling me that there was a shadow that was running around the school, jumping into people, and every time it jumped into people, it caused them to fight. When you exercise a spirit or demonic force or darkness out of something, when you exercise a negative situation out of your life or a negative thought from your mind, you have to send it somewhere. Or else it’ll come back. It could come back time seven, and it could wreak havoc.  Ryan:: You have been listening to Terrifying True [00:07:00] Stories. May your Halloween be truly terrifying.
