In our very first Wonders & Wisdom episode we introduce ourselves and our background, focussing on our individual journeys with self development and how it brought us to where we are today. The episode starts off with Leonie telling her story, followed by Megan sharing hers. After this we discuss some of the most important topics that came up by looking at what our paths have in common.  The discussion covers: how we started to view our (challenging) physical symptoms as messengers  the shift away from believing things were happening to us towards the more empowered belief that things were happening for us  the process we have undergone to trade external comfort (or what “looks good”) for internal growth and what truly feels good  the strength we have found in cultivating a loving relationship with ourselves, which allows us to navigate life’s inevitable ups and downs Megan is a writer and Human Design guide, while Leonie offers somatic self-worth training and shares her writing on Instagram. We are equally committed to our personal growth and creating the lives we desire.    Find Leonie on Instagram (@leonie_riebesam).
