Megan Imbert started working for the Washington football franchise in various departments, she settled into the media production department, and was a star.  Megan went on to become an Emmy award winning producer/editor. Megan also found herself involved in the highly toxic culture that was clearly set from the top down, at the then Washington Redskins NFL franchise.  Megan talked with Defo and Lubie at length about what she saw first-hand, and the way things were handled around the entire organization.  Megan also discusses just how obvious all of it was and still is!
