from The School of Healing · host Dominiece Clifton

In this episode we discuss:Finding our worthiness outside of our roles and responsibilities and learning to place value in who we are aside from those identities What healing has looked like for her, as an adoptee and someone who struggled with undereating, which contributed to health issuesLearning how to talk more kindly to herself and not participate in self-deprecating behaviors Learning to identify our triggers and then setting up a plan for how we want to respond, so we can minimalize spiraling and negative self-talk  Examining how our entire society is impacted by white supremacy and exploring the ways in which the system steals our self-worth and causes us to place our value in “doing” versus being Why she chose to deconstruct her faith and what that process has been like for her as she continues to evolve Caroline J.
