023 - The Disappearance of Flight 19: Part 3

from The Oswald Files · host Carson Wagner

If you're interested in politics, culture, and society, check out my new podcast, The Carson Wagner Show, on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, & Substack! --- On a winter afternoon in 1945, a group of Naval bombers set out for a routine training mission in Florida. But what was originally intended to be a mundane exercise quickly turned into something far more sinister......and eventually led to Flight 19 becoming one of the world's greatest mysteries. Why did Lt. Carroll Taylor think his group of aircraft were hundreds of miles away from where they should be? Why did their compasses malfunction? And most importantly....where did they go?  --- In Part 2 of our Flight 19 investigation, we dive deep into what really happened on December 5th, 1945. We examine every theory—from human error to compass failure, from weather phenomena to fuel miscalculation. We explore the Bermuda Triangle's documented history of disappearances, including the USS Cyclops, Star Tiger, Star Ariel, and Bruce Gernon's time distortion experience. We look at the combined factors that create disasters, the fringe theories that refuse to die, and modern search efforts that have found nothing. But most importantly, I give you my personal theory: Something paranormal happened at 3:45 PM that triggered Charles Taylor's instant and complete disorientation—something we don't understand and can't explain. What followed was a cascade of human error stemming from that initial anomaly. Did they crash into the ocean? Did they disappear into something else entirely? The honest answer is: we don't know. This episode examines the evidence, challenges the official narratives, and asks the uncomfortable question: What if the Bermuda Triangle is real? Twenty-seven men never came home. The least we can do is tell their story honestly. --- Check out my blog here - carsonwagner.substack.com You can contact me at [email protected]    Music from Pixabay.com (not sponsored or endorsed by The Oswald Files)   The Oswald Files © 2024 by Carson Wagner is licensed under CC BY 4.0.
