As we get ready to close out the year, I like to look back at the memories, lessons and events that stand out to me, especially as I look to the future. There is so much I am looking forward to in the next year, but before we dive into a new decade, I wanted to take some time to acknowledge the goodness that took place in the last 12 months. The journey wasn't what I originally pictured, but the process of Crafting a Life We Love can look so different than we initially think. Today, I'm going to dive deep into 19 of my top takeaways from 2019 and the past decade. My hope is that this list is illuminating for you and helps you on your own journey.   What's in this episode: Why valuing connections is important. Make time for what matters most. Create space, pause and breath to be present in your life. Embrace community and allow it to help you Craft a Life You Love. Who you are doesn't depend on results or to-do lists. Recognize and celebrate the wins in your life. Dark times can teach us too so embrace them with gratitude. Have a love of learning and never stop. When faced with challenges, lean into resilience and perseverance. Why you are always a work in progress. Trust the process and continue to put yourself out there. Instead of worrying about the future, remain present. Take your MEDS: Meditation, Exercise, Diet, and Sleep. Craft a healthy mindset and work on creating healthy habits Embrace change and transformation. Gratitude is the best attitude. Take time to reflect on your life and memories. Learn how to surrender and let go of control. Show up for yourself and others.
