Failures aren't always a bad thing. There's so much wisdom you can extract from a failure that I want to challenge you to start embracing failures and thinking of them as a tool for growth. In this episode, I had the pleasure of speaking with Kara Warner, a creative coach for women who spent years in the craft publishing industry.
