It's the holidays, the most wonderful time of the year. Except, for lots of people who just find it to be the most stressful time of year. Which makes sense. The expectations for this time of year have gotten completely out of control.  ----more---- That is why we need to be brave for our own sanity and make a few changes. One of those things we can do is take an honest look at our traditions and see if they are still serving us. Why are we doing them? Do we even know why?  ----more---- And if your holiday traditions are weighing you down, instead of bringing joy, change them. Be bold and let go of things that are making your life more difficult.
