Currently, I’m going through a major transition in life. My old world is in the process of dissolving and completing, while simultaneously birthing the new one. In this phase of in-between, we are still with one foot in the old world that no longer fits, and one foot in the new world and the future. The experience is uncomfortable and awkward, but it is one that all of us have to go through multiple times during our lifetime. So in this episode, I’m going to unpack a little this state of in-between, why it is necessary in order to create a new future, what learning and awareness we can gain from it, and how we can get closer to honesty and alignment with the truth of our heart.
