Grenzend aan Rotterdam ligt Capelle aan den IJssel. Eén van de bekendste inwoners van de Molukse wijk in Capelle is Frieda Tomasoa, ofwel tante Frieda. Met hart en ziel strijd zij voor de erkenning van het onrecht wat de generatie van haar ouders is aangedaan. Van jongs af aan was ze betrokken bij acties en commissies om de Molukse stem te laten horen. Nog steeds weet ze de rake woorden te vinden en weet ze haarfijn uit te leggen waar het aan schort. Maar hoe dan ook: Capelle blijft bestaan!
