Grief changes you. There’s no clean ending to it, no moment where it suddenly disappears and life goes back to normal. In this episode, I’m sharing a very personal part of my story and the practices that helped me reconnect with myself after losing my first son and later walking through my mother’s cancer journey and death. For a long time, I felt disconnected from my body, my energy, and my sense of self.
