Amy loves to cook but hates to eat alone so when she’s not teaching, she can be found whipping up a new recipe for friends. God placed the dream of teaching in her heart years ago. Amy came on the podcast all the way back in August of 2016. At the time, she was headed to Togo, West Africa to pursue her dream of teaching overseas.
