Debbie pays Brian a visit to scold him about his treatment of Michael resulting in Brian hosting a surprise birthday party for him. Tracy and Dr. David unexpectedly appear at the party and fireworks ensue when Michael is outed to Tracy and Dr David attacks Brian. Patrick and Matt debate if the episode still holds up, 17 years after airing.
