Feelings.  Emotions.  It took me years to know what a feeling was. The only one I ever experienced was anger. I later found out that anger masked hidden feelings, anger is depression turned outward. I realized my anger was deeply rooted in my pain, and my pain had a purpose.  It went back to childhood. The childhood I missed out on. Exposed to things a child should not know nor tell was my story. Hiding behind brick walls that held many secrets I swore I would never tell.  We all have one. A story. My story may be similar to your story. Have you shared yours? Or has fear kept you from doing so? I thought I was all alone. Until one day, when I shared what I swore I would never tell.  Not only did I realize I was't alone-I realized it was all a matter of the heart. That's when healing began.
