Dans ce premier épisode, Courts Circuits part à la rencontre de Tifenn Yvon, ostréicultrice à Locoal Mendon sur la Ria d’Etel, dans le Morbihan. Avec son mari, Jean-Noël, ils produisent des huîtres creuses depuis trois générations. Tifenn Yvon revient sur les différentes crises qui ont secoué la profession, comme les fortes mortalités de 2008 et le norovirus en 2019. Elle raconte aussi le travail effectué pour améliorer la qualité de l’eau dans leur secteur, grâce à un syndicat mixte créé avec des agriculteurs, puis plaide pour une ostréiculture plus respectueuse de la nature.
