10. Release yourself from other people's reactions to you

from Dance to Remembrance · host Dance to Remembrance

Join Stef and Ash as we navigate the concept of not being for everyone and how you are not responsible for other's reactions to you. You get to shine your light regardless of what others may feel or say about you. And this isn't always easy to do, we get it! Keep leaning in and building your confidence muscle around your worth without relying on other's responses and reactions to you. As long as you are coming from a space of love, you get to release what the other person is feeling. They get to have their experience and you get to have yours because there is no way that you're both having the same experience.  And if you find yourself in a triggered state because of something someone else has said or done, we invite you to pause and get curious about the trigger. Ask "why am I being bothered by this other person? Where am I not allowing myself to do that thing that triggered me?" If you're wanting the Muscle Testing training that we chatted about in the episode, head over HERE! It's only $22 and can support you into tapping into your own divine intelligence and determine if you are in a triggered space or if your intentions are based in love or fear.  And if you're looking for your soul community, we invite you to come check out the DTR Soul Community for women, Dance to Remembrance. ---------------------- Let's meet your co-hosts!  We have Ashli; a spiritual entrepreneur, Ashli helps her clients harmonize and transform their lives. Ashli's favorite place to hang out is on IG at Modern Harmony Healing. And we also have Stefanie; a clarity coach and Gene Keys/Human Design enthusiast. Stefanie also hangs out on IG, check out her page at Stefanie Joseph.
