I was consistent. What did it get me?5 cavities 2 root canals in 2 years (only had like 3 cavities my entire life before that)$7000+ in dental feesWas 19lbs over my ideal weightWe are creatures of habit and therefore consistent in our nature. We don’t like change. You are consistent at something. The question to ask yourself is this…“Are my habits driving me towards the life I want?”If not, then ask this…‘If I could cut one bad behavior down by 50% today and stay consistent with it, what would that do for me?”Start small. Think long-term.
