100 Years of leadership and influence

Three school headmasters, all with more than 30 years each as the head of their organisations! For many of us, your school headmaster is often one of your first real impressions of leadership in an organisation. Today Ron Brown, Deon Visser and Richard Neaves discuss the experiences they all had of leading teams of staff, pupils and often highly emotive customers called parents. We tried to figure out how many pupils and staff members the collective had the opportunity to lead and influence, however my math ability was not to standard to their dismay (I was an unfortunate failure of the math system)!
