I was lucky enough to catch my Aunt Linda while she was in town for the LeBaron family reunion! I hauled my studio out to my dad's house in Polo, IL and got a chance to catch up and talk about her interesting life (like growing up in Italy??). We're joined by her twin girls, Megan and Mary and my paternal unit (and Polo Methodist Pastor), Brian LeBaron as we discuss the importance of a supporting each as a family, as well as reminisce about those no longer with us. Linda takes us through her extensive traveling as a child and talks about the origin idea to have Grandpa LeBaron make a record of some of his stories (heard in their entirety in the previous two episodes). It features Mike, a widely published historian, deflating popular myths and telling history that’s true, complete, impertinent, well-researched and fun. Karen Co-hosts and siblings, Karen and Jeff explore the music, career and influence of the Beatles with just the right amount of effusive praise, reflective memories and hero worship. Nina Dar.
