Michael Bonfiglio is a very accomplished and innovative filmmaker, an Emmy-nominated director, producer, writer and camera operator. He has directed or co-directed a number of documentaries and television specials, in the world of music May It Last: A Portrait of the Avett Brothers and Nine Days and Nights of Ed Sheeran. In sports there's Doc & Darryl about baseball players Dwight Gooden and Darryl Strawberry and You Don't Know: The Legend of Bo Jackson. He also directed Jerry Before Seinfeld, Jerry Seinfeld's first comedy special in more than a decade. Most recently, Michael Bonfiglio was director of one iconic late night television host's return to the screen, the streaming Netflix Original My Next Guest Needs No Introduction with David Letterman.
