Stuba Nikula on juuri lopettamassa toimitusjohtajana Helsingin tapahtumasäätiössä ja aloittamassa samassa roolissa Suomen Elokuvasäätiössä. Aiemmin Stuba on tehnyt töitä muun muassa Helsingin kaupungin kulttuurijohtajana, Kaapelitehtaan, Elmun ja Finnish Metal Eventsin toimitusjohtajana sekä roudarina ja portsarina. Koulutukseltaan hän on matemaatikko. Kaiken tämän jälkeen Stuballa on ainutlaatuinen ja omintakeinen näköala sekä Helsinkiin että kulttuurin rooliin ja rahoitukseen.
