Gratitude isn’t just a silly tool people in the world of self-improvement love to talk about. It is incredibly powerful for our mental, emotional and spiritual health. But don’t just take my word for it, listen to today’s short where I cover a number of studies that demonstrate the power of gratitude in creating joy and satisfaction in life.

They are purposefully looking to acknowledge what they are grateful for and why, and that practice leads to joy and happiness.
