They do this in order to isolate and psychologically control their targets. Many kind hearted people do not believe that malevolent intentions can exist outside of the obvious, criminal minds we see on TV and in movies. When you try to describe the saboteur's behavior, they will make you feel like it's all in your head. Narcissistic abuse is extremely difficult for people to grasp unless they have experienced it themselves. Please know this, YOU AREN'T CRAZY! 12 Forms of Narcissistic Sabotage: 1. Purposeful miscommunication via missing, vague information or failing to communicate. This often happens along with a story as to why they couldn't communicate. 2. Refusing to create or follow a plan, suddenly changing well established plans. 3. Purposeful misunderstanding, playing dumb or forgetful. 4. Sleep deprivation. 5. Making you late to events and appointments. 6. Starting fights at opportune times. 7. Saying they are with or are okay with something but then later behaving the opposite. 8. Pushing and making available drugs and alcohol. 9. Getting in the way of your self-care. 10. Stirring up issues in your other relationships. 11. Increasing your workload. 12. Triangulating with a third party or third factor to lower your confidence and sense of self.
