Self-development is a life-long process and there are a million different ways we can embark on this journey. I personally enjoy to go and get a tarot reading that provides me with a magical experience (I love me one of those), prompts to review and work on specific areas in my life (those cards know exactly what you're currently avoiding to face) and connect with a human in the metaphysics space. What is here not to love? In this episode I share with you a tarot reading experience I had in August 2023 and the after-math of it that lead me to receive soul cleaning from a Shaman and an Energy healer, developing EFT sequences for myself and identifying an unconscious limiting belief with the support of a mindset coach, resulting in the creation of The Joy Challenge - launching March 2024 - DM me JOY to ge the Det's and to sign up.
