So many single parents carry this quiet thought around, “My relationship ended, so that must mean I failed.”

In this episode, I’m talking about where that belief comes from and why it’s just not true. Just because a relationship ended doesn’t mean you did something wrong, or that you’ve messed everything up.

Life doesn’t always go to plan, and that doesn’t mean you’re broken. Sometimes things fall apart so you can grow, reset, and actually find the version of yourself that’s been buried under it all.

If you’ve ever looked around and thought, “This isn’t where I thought I’d end up,” this episode is for you. You’re not a failure, you’re just in the middle of figuring it out. And that’s more than okay.
