#128: Jag är nervös!

Vårterminen går mot sitt slut och snart är det skolavslutning. För en del innebär det avsked, att säga hejdå till klasskamrater, lärare och kanske skolan. Till hösten väntar en ny årskurs, kanske ett nytt stadie, kanske en helt ny skola med nya lärare och klasskamrater, nya rutiner och nya krav. Det här rör upp mycket känslor. Förväntan, oro och nervositet. Hur kan vi fånga upp dessa känslor? Hur kan vi stötta eleverna att bearbeta dem? Hur kan vi visa dem att de inte är ensamma i sina känslor?
