#13 Dean Merton | The Iron Mindset

Longtime friend and pro wrestler, Dean Merton, joins Iron Ian for a trip down memory lane. The two strength coaches reminisce about getting their start in pro wrestling. The many adventures they had up and down the road, and some of the characters they met along the way. Dean speaks candidly about body image issues that still impact him to this day. How comments were made to him when he was a teenager that led him to experiment with fad diets and punishing exercise plans. Dean now works at DSC gym, where he helps people get in shape and avoid the numerous pitfalls that he himself overcame. He still wrestles actively to this day, under the name Alexander Dean.
