Growth Instigators Hotline970.306.6432When is enough, enough!?Thank you for calling GIH where we instigate growth one call at a time where we utilize antiquated technology to deliver 3-minute leadership lessons every week day!  This is message #139 and I am Aaron Havens.I’m a pretty patient dude.  It take a lot for me get angry or worked up.  My internal make up is to go with the flow and take whatever life throws at me and make the most of it.  I can deal with less than optimal for a long time… until I just can’t.  Then, like a light switch, I am just done.  Bye bye.  No more.  Wave bye bye.Recently I’ve had a couple things in my life where I was just done.  I usually don’t see it come.  It’s usually just a feeling and a certainty that it’s over.  Again, these don’t happen often in my life because one of my highest scores on Strength Finders 2.0 is responsibility.  I feel responsible all the time.  For things not even under my influence or control.  I can a responsibility to people, places and things nearly 24 hours a day.  So… in those rare moments where enough is enough… It is a huge release.  A gift!Being “over it” is the first step to changing the narrative.  This is when at your core you can start saying enough is enough!  And at the soul level you have made that decision, then your next step can be the first into freedom.  Some of my most productive times in life have come from me deciding enough was enough and I had to create a new path forward.  I had to look at the same thing from a different view.  I had to chart a new course.  My friends, if this is you.  Watch out!  FEAR is going to chase you down and try to convince you that you should wait a bit longer before making the change.  What is it in your life that you’ve had enough, and it’s time to pivot?Career?  Habit?  Trauma?  Discipline?  Rhythms?  Friendships?  Location?  Good intentions?  Oh gosh… the list is endless.  The first step to change is saying enough is enough.  The steps that follow could be the best steps you’ve ever taken. Thanks for calling in today.  Tune in tomorrow for a fresh new topic. At the sound of the beep, I would like to hear from you.  Give me a story of a time you said enough is enough!  What changed in your world that day?  Are you happy you made the change?https://growthinstigators.com/
