141 Amber Miller - Turning Pain into Purpose - Overcoming Generational Trauma

from Neff Inspiration · host Neff Inspiration

Amber Miller’s mother and grandmother were both alcoholics. Even after orchestrating her mother’s funeral at the age of 22, Amber struggled for years with her own drinking issues.  It wasn’t until she saw someone else at rock bottom that she realized she was continuing to pass down the generational trauma that she had endured to her own children. It was at that moment Amber decided to turn her pain into purpose and show her children and the world that there can be an end to the madness and life begins on the other side of fear.  After being broke and struggling with alcohol addiction, self proclaimed former train-wreck Amber Miller is showing people that if she can get her shit together, then anyone can! Through self development with a little swearing, she is stepping into her calling as a high level transformational coach and founded  A Life Not Wasted, a judgement free group that empowers women to find their worth and make fearless change to conquer their dreams.  Amber wants to raise the vibration of the world by using her light and laughter to show people that they are capable of more than they ever imagined. Amber's 3 top tips It’s irrelevant who you’ve been your entire life up until this point.  Who do you want to be going forward? Your adversities give you your superpowers, use those powers for good. It’s ok to be scared or nervous, but it’s not ok to let fear keep you in the same shitty place.https://www.facebook.com/groups/217125266224956 [email protected]  If you’re a woman that’s being held back by shame, guilt, or not feeling worthy of a better life, Amber has been there.
