Growth Instigators Hotline970.306.6432Be as consistent as the top performing QSR’s!!Thank you for calling GIH where we instigate growth one call at a time where we utilize antiquated technology to deliver 3-minute leadership lessons every week day!  This is message #143 and I am Aaron Havens.QSR stands for Quick Service Restaurant.Can you name the top performing QSR’s for 2023 in America?McDonalds, Starbucks, Chick-Fil-A, Taco Bell, Wendy’s, Dunkin’ Donuts, Burger Kings, Subway, Chipotle, Dominos.And what do all of these top performers have in common?Consistency!For a time in my life I had the privilege of helping start up new Fast Casual Restaurants.  The number one thing our training team would focus on was consistency.  Think about any of the top 10 QSR’s that I just listed.  A taco in California tastes the same as the one in New York.  You can on McDonalds being open exactly as posted.  No variance.  And short of natural disasters you can count on these QSR’s to be what you expect them to be… even if people call in sick.  Even if an order doesn’t come in.  Even if they are having a bad day.  Even if… I mean who knows how hard it is to be as consistent as they are.How about you?  Are you resolute on staying in the groove… pushing back resistance… over coming excuses… digging deeper than you ever thought you could?  I mean, if hamburgers are worth that, how much more is your life worth it.  To be a top performer, consistency is KEY.  Consistency rules.  Consistency dominates.  Consistency is what rewires our brain and muscle memory and habits. Today would you take 5 minutes to reflect on the parts of your life that are consistent?  Do you like the patterns you’ve built?  Is there room to change some things up and stick with the things that matter the most to you?  If you’re tempted today to stop.  Don’t!  What you’re doing is worth it.  Keep the lights on, open when you say you’ll open, serve the food we all expect you to serve.  Give us the familiar greeting.  By being consistent you’ll begin to thrive and you’ll show us all how to do the same!Thanks for calling in today.  Tune in tomorrow for a fresh new topic.
