In this real estate agent training podcast we have listener Q&A. It's that time of the week when we answer your questions. The first question discusses some of the hurdles when starting in real estate and ensuring that we are on the right track. The second question asks what are the rules we should follow as real estate agents in order to succeed. Question 1: I finished my schooling and received my license October 1st 2020. I have been able to shadow the agents and learn a fair bit. Since I started October 1st I have got 1 end. This is from a friend from school and I helped her find her first home. Since then I have spent a fair amount of money with advertising like website, my personal branding, social media posts, curated social, paperless agent, flyer drops, etc. and I have received no leads.
