It's January and we're starting to think about how to plan our year. There's a number of ways you can make sure that you hit the targets and have the successful year that you want. Over the Christmas period, I was introduced to two books and two concepts that I really want to share with you, because they have altered how I'm going to approach what I do throughout 2021. What You Will Learn In This Episode: Why it is important to plan your entire year Why January is the perfect time to revisit your purpose Why it is more effective to plan shorter periods of time What kind of financial setup can help your systems and processes function well I hope this will help you make sure that you are tackling what's most important in your business.  And if you haven't yet done a review of what happened last year, I highly recommend that you spend a good few hours going through your highs, your lows, your lessons, and what they mean for what you want to create in 2021.  Resources: The 12 Week Year, a book by Brian P.
