What this episode covers

There are primary problems, there are secondary problems and then there are those other problems (tertiary problems?) that are largely insignificant but if not solved the functionality of the design can be, on rare occasions, drastically affected. For the most part if they are not solved there is no issue but on those rare occasions where it does happen it could have longer term problems. We have a light look into this.
