Kristen is a serial entrepreneur within in the music industry, where she founded "Produced by BEAR" to produce music industry events, started "The Den Collective" to provide resources to professional musicians, and co-founded "Pawprint" which aims to print digital music of award winning women composers. She is the Professional Development and Engagement Center Director at the SF Conservatory of music, where she is innovating the future of the music business industry.
