TopStories: - We have learned a 1-year-old child died in an accidental drowning earlier this month.- Wednesday morning, KCSO confirmed that ‘detectives have exhausted all leads’ and that the case ‘will remain inactive until pertinent information is discovered or relayed’ to KCSO.- The Bakersfield Police Department is being sued by the family of a man who was fatally shot during a foot chase in June of 2021.
