Health officials are saying to start hydrating now, BEFORE you're out in the heat, and to drink plenty of water.    Electrolite drinks like Powerade and Gatorade are nice, but they can't be used just on their own.    Even if you stay indoors or have a job that's inside, experts are saying to still take this very seriously. Many people are already sweating it out and trying to stay cool  -- and it's about to get even hotter.
