Scaly, flaky skin •Caused by an omega-3 fatty acid deficiency or by consuming excess omega-6 fatty acids •Increase cod liver oil, fish oil, or salmon 2. Eyelid twitching and general twitching •Calcium deficiency caused by alkalosis •Drink one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water a few times a day 3. Pink toothbrush after brushing your teeth •Mild case of scurvy (vitamin C deficiency) •Consume bell peppers or raw sauerkraut 4.
