She has worked with the City in the Building Services Division for over 5 years. Andrea completes zoning compliance reviews, advises the public on zoning requirements and comments on planning applications from a Building Code compliance perspective. Her previous position involved plans review and Ontario Building Code compliance. Andrea was involved in the commenting period for the City's Secondary Suite By-law and has been involved in the zoning compliance checks for these applications.
