Hvem er egentlig skurken? og hva gjør du hvis det er deg? I denne episoden av #tirsdagklubben tar vi for oss "shadow work".  Hva er shadow work, hvordan påvirker det oss og hva kan vi gjøre for å transformere skyggesiden vår. Vi definerer ofte mennesker som bra eller dårlig, gode eller onde og sterk eller svak basert på hvordan vi oppfatter og tolker det gjennom våre øyne. Deretter kritiserer vi oppførselen til andre uten å se oss selv i speilet først. For hva skjer når du skjønner at egenskapen du ikke liker i menneskene du kritiserer er en egenskap du selv har? Hva gjør du når du står ansikt til ansikt med egen skygge?  Isabelle har brukt de siste ukene på å skrike og danse seg i gjennom følelsene sine for å bli bedre venn med skyggesiden sin.
