19. Soulmutts & So Much More
from The Canine Condition · host Jacqueline Piñol
The Canine Condition. Come. Sit. Stay. Welcome to The Canine Condition Podcast. My name is Jacqueline Piñol. I am an actor, a documentary filmmaker and an animal rescue advocate. My guest on this episode is Zach Skow founder of Marley’s Mutts a licensed nonprofit, dog rescue organization based in Southern California whose motto so beautifully states: You can’t change a dog’s past but you can rescue its future. Zach shares with us a personal story of struggle and triumph, one that led him to embark on an inspiring journey. This organization has founded programs that go beyond saving dogs, they save people. The Pawsitive Change Program is just one of several opportunities created to make a lasting impact on communities by rehabilitating souls and creating second chances using the power of the human/animal bond. The Canine Condition podcast is a platform to bring awareness to dog adoption and to provide all dog lovers and families with information and resources on how to raise a healthy and well balanced dog. If you are thinking about getting your first dog, or just want to know where and how you can help a dog in need, this is also a place for you.
