2.16 The Chamber of Secrets
from Harry Potter and the Anxious Millennials · host The Ampliverse
This week, Allie, Adam, and Arri all talk about Chapter 16, The Chamber of Secrets. Inside this episode, you'll find a discussion on how to breed basilisks, the musicality of Myrtle's sobs, and how in a year, they still have not learned that THEY ARE NOT MILES BELOW THE SCHOOL. The lasting legacy of Black Women's Health Imperative first began at a conference in Atlanta, Georgia back in 1983. Since then, the National Black Women’s Health Project or “The Project” has continued to promote physical, mental and spiritual health and well-being for Black women and girls across America. With a broadened structure of national and local affiliated organizations and a change in name to the Black Women’s Health Imperative in 2002, the Imperative instituted aggressive national programs in health policy, education, research, knowledge and leadership development and communications to save and extend the lives of Black women. Today the mission of The Imperative is to lead the effort to solve the most pressing health issues that affect Black women and girls in the U.S. Through investments in evidence-based strategies, they deliver bold new programs and advocate health-promoting policies.
