That's 10 degrees above normal for late February. Down along Narragansett Bay, you start at 28 and climb to 44. Sunny skies this morning fade into thickening clouds by afternoon. Southerly winds stay gentle, 5 to 7 miles an hour. Perfect for a long walk around Roger Williams Park. Tonight the clouds settle in. Temps slide back to the upper 20s. Watch for patchy fog along the Bay between midnight and 3 A.M. Now. Sunday. This is where the plot twists hard. An arctic front barrels through late morning, dragging light snow with it.
