2 - Do not let them see your stress

Being a leader is lonely and we all know this. We have stress and pressure and, if we are being honest, nowhere to turn to. It becomes easy to gripe or complain but we need to find the proper medium to allow that to happen. What do you do? Most of us complain to those closest to us, problem is that is often those who we lead. This action have have a negative rippling effect on the culture of the company.
