Far from the traditional recruitment, training and employee relations, modern People Science involves data-driven approaches to understanding how people buy into an organisation's brand, deal with risk, influence others and make decisions. Typical areas where I usually focus attention are in establishing policies, developing leadership, improving diversity and inclusion, and setting up vital people analytics. To assist startups and SMEs with People Science based scaling strategies, I draw on the diverse expertise I’ve built over the last 15 years, working with corporates, government departments and social enterprises. My formal credentials include a PhD from the School of Business and Management at Queen Mary University of London, registration as I/O Psychologist in South Africa and the United Kingdom, as well as accreditation as Chartered HR Professional. I am also a published author in the fields of leadership and diversity, and I’ve had the privilege of visited 22 countries for education, work and travel.
