2023 Ohio State Football Black Stripe Draft

In this episode of the Buckeye Weekly Podcast, Tony Gerdeman and Tom Orr hold their annual Black Stripe Draft. They hold a snake draft picking which true freshman on the Ohio State football team will lose their black stripes first. The removal of a black stripe from a player's helmet indicates that he has done enough in practice or in a game to be considered a full-fledged member of the team. Tom is defending his crown from last season, but nobody remembers that. The past is history. Today, the fellas look at the future and make their best guesses as to which true freshmen will make the biggest impacts in practice first.
