I AM WORTHY." So the conversation started. What's getting in the way of believing in your self-worth? In order to explore the answer to this question, you have to be willing to identify the shame. The chapter(s) in your book of life that you don't want anyone to read. The parts within you that you pretend aren't there.  Those parts become shadows that continue to linger, despite our best effort to pretend that it's been released, healed, or forgotten.  In truth, you are worthy BECAUSE YOU EXIST.  It has nothing to do with your accomplishments, marital/relationship status, income, physical appearance, size/weight, degree(s), education, spirituality/religion, race/ethnicity.... Nothing.  YOU ARE WORTHY BECAUSE YOU EXIST.  If this is hard to believe, JOIN OUR 21 DAY CHALLENGE!
