#21 Joseph et Michèle producteurs historiques de l'artichaut dans le Léon - Courts circuits

Courts Circuits part dans le Léon ! Dans cette région de la Bretagne historique, le maraîchage est très présent et certains légumes ont acquis une réputation au-delà de ses frontières, comme l’oignon de Roscoff. Cette fois, je me suis intéressée à l’artichaut, autre symbole du pays léonard. Joseph Guivarch et Michèle François font partie des producteurs historiques de ce légume. Ils sont la troisième génération à le cultiver à la ferme Kerguelen, située à St-Pol-de-Léon. Au micro, Joseph revient sur son choix de l’agriculture bio, après plusieurs années passées à travailler en conventionnel. Puis Michèle nous fait la visite de Légumes Project, leur petit musée consacré aux légumes. En toute fin d’épisode, elle nous donne aussi ses secrets pour cuisiner le légume-fleur. Bonne écoute !
