How do you move into a leadership and strategy role in the businesses you serve? Often, we get questions about how to become a strategic advisor or a strategic partner. I have mentored and coached hundreds of women to become Directors of Operations (DOOs), who uplevel to the next best version of themselves. We take your hard skills and amplify them, but we also focus on the leadership component.
