from JOIN UP DOTS - GET RICH & LIVE FREE (Business Coaching With A Touch Of Life Coaching Too)

Todays guest, joining us on the Join Up Dots Free podcast interview, is Michelle DeSpain, a remarkable lady who over the last few years has been on quite a journey. As she mentions a few times on her blog The LateBloomerRevolution it would make a pretty good rom- com chick flick. She was in a rut. Her life was not really going anywhere, and one day bled into another. And one month lead into a year. It was the kind of existence that so many of us allow to happen. We have dreams as kids. We have passions as young adults. But hit the real world as adults, when we should be able to grasp the fact that dreams are good and its up to us to take action and we lose all sense of it. We slip into a weird kind of daydreaming state. Her biggest dreams – becoming a critically-acclaimed actress and a best-selling author – had been abandoned for more “realistic” endeavours. And Mr. Right was a no-show too. Then the big 40 hit, and she assessed her life and realised that she had to start creating the perfect ending to her movie. She started doing things her way. She created the Diary of a Late Bloomer and stretched herself, to launch a 365 day project within the blog called “The Year of Living Curiously”. Each day for a year, she lived one curious and soul-scinitillating mini-adventure and blogged about it. She had started to direct the ending of the film the way that she wanted it to look, and she hasn't looked back since So what was it about hitting 40 that made such amazing difference to her outlook? And would she now wish that she had got going and shifted into gear alot earlier? Well let’s bring onto the show to start joining up dots, as we discuss the words of Steve Jobs in todays Free podcast, with the one and only Michelle DeSpain
